7. You may print the transaction detail page for record
8. Stripe Payment Gateway alerts eShop automatically about the completion of payment procedures. eShop will then send an email of transaction confirmation including the order number to you. Please sign on the delivery order of our appointed logistic company for acknowledgement of receipt of the product.

Return and Exchange Policy

For products purchased online, please contact Attigo’s customer service email at [email protected] or 2512 8806 (Mon – Fri 9am – 1230pm, 2pm – 530pm) within 7 days if any problems.

 

Return and exchange policy is not allowed for cases caused by:

  • any damage or loss caused by man-made, misuse, abuse, neglect, excessive erosion or rust, unauthorized repair or modification, wear and tear, accidents, natural disasters, or other event beyond Company’s control,
  • Any damage or loss is caused by other parties’ service
  • Products that have been opened, used or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. Please retain and return all packaging, including the original box, certification documents, gifts and all accessories. Please also ensure that all packaging returned is undamaged.

 

For products purchased from dealer shops, please refer to the shop return policy.

 

For warranty issues, please refer to the single product’s warranty policy. Please note that if customers choose to have product exchange policy, only one item can be exchanged for each item for which replacement is sought, and there is no refund for any-items.

 

No return or exchange will be allowed for areas outside Hong Kong.

 

If customers fail to exchange the requested item within three months of receiving their orders, Jibpool International Limited will reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
